Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If your item meets these conditions, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a photo of the issue and your order confirmation we’ll review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Barebloom is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
